I'm not a fan of "fitspo."  Those memes that get sent around, aimed at motivating women to be fit.  Although good intentioned they're just not good. Headless women, body parts, and over sexualization make me crazy.  And the words usually aren't any better, shaming and often making our body the enemy.   But I'm not actually here to write about that just now.

And besides others have done some great writing on the subject already.  Check out: The 6 Most Shockingly Irresponsible “Fitspiration” Photos & Squats Are AWESOME… But Body Shaming And Objectification Are Not.

I am actually writing because I read a blog post tonight, After Someone Stole My Photo And Used It For Thinspiration I Decided To Take It Back And Make My Own (Not)Fitspo.  The blogger upset with her image being used to make these memes, decided to make her own.  And they are AWESOME.  I was inspired to make a few myself!

Check them out below!! And if you are inspired to make your own (Not)Fitspo, please post them on the Radical Hateloss Facebook page or drop them to me in an email so I can share!
