DESIGN A STRUCTURE
A structure is something you do, say, touch or look at to remind you of something. Denise has the tattoo below that she looks at when things get hard. You don’t have to run out and get a tattoo (unless you want to!), however there are limitless possibilities of what you can do to remind you of your highest possibilities.
Do some thinking about what the intention of the structure is. What does using it connect you back to? What is it for the sake of? What will using it do? It should be a structure you can use right before the WOD, during it, right before a lift or any time in your life when you will have to face difficulty.
