"Does Weight Really Matter?" My Guest Appearance on The Revolution

I was recently on an episode of ABC daytime talk show, The Revolution.

Watch the clip below:

I didn’t get a chance to say much on the show, but as I left the studios that day I felt like I was boiling over with inspiration.  I am determined more than ever, to continue to do this work I do in the world- helping women (this generation and in turn the next) to accept and love themselves, so that they can achieve the health and happiness they desperately want.

Watch my video response to my guest appearance:

Changing your perspective to the quality you seek, instead of a quantity may be one of the most important things you do.  Please send me a photo or video holding up a sign that affirms, what really matters to you.

You can watch the full episode here:

Great appearance and nice numbers :) I flinched a bit when she said that you can get them via a low fat diet, but hey one issue at a time. I think its great that you put yourself out there for this and hope that you continue to do so to make an impact!

Loved your video response, Stephanie. I'm ashamed to say that I will be turning 43 in a couple weeks and I have yet to get beyond the fallacy that happiness lies in being at a lower weight.
Your video was inspiring. I so badly want to find peace and learn to finally accept and love myself the way I am.
I have been an email subscriber for some time. I look forward to the responses you receive from other "Radical Hateloss" followers.

Well it's quite interesting question at all.
In my opinion sometime it's became big issue sometime it doesn't matter If you worried about
your weight.
So be confident yourself.
