A Body Forged in Self Acceptance & Love

I don’t have a goal weight.
I don’t have a pair of jeans I am trying to fit into.
I don’t have a “problem area” on my body I am trying to remedy.

My goal is a body forged in self acceptance and love.

A body forged in self-acceptance and love is cared for with ease.
A body forged in self-acceptance and love is nourished with joy.
A body forged in self-acceptance and love reaches its full potential.

That potential may include an “overweight BMI”
That potential may include a “plus size”
That potential may include “soft, squishy and lumpy bits.”

Health- both mentally and physically is independent of weight, size or imperfections.
Self worth and beauty are independent from physical appearance.

I have freedom
I have joy.
I have health

I am not working my way towards a body I’ll be satisfied with,
Rather I am working with a body that satisfies me already.

And with that who knows what might be possible?
