Pictures from Friday' sWOD (workout of the day) at CrossFit KoP in costume as Sister Stephanie Marie. I met my goal to finish one round without taking the HABIT off! Believe me I was happy to rip it off!! The WOD was the THE WOLVERINE CUB (4 Rounds for time of: 10 Clean and Jerks 95#/65#, 20 Pull-ups (Jumping ones for me), 50 Sit-ups, 400M Run. This work out was the longest one yes and no joke! Let's just was my language didn't reflect my costume...good thing it wasn't storming outside! My finish time: 46min 34sec. Big thanks to Cindy Handler for coaching me through those killer 200 push ups!
